Sorcerer's Apprentice (2010)

Just watched the Sorcerer's Apprentice, must say its quite a not bad movie. It has almost everything in it from science, magic, comedy, car chase to romance. Overall I would rate it a score of 7.5/10. Here's the trailer taken from youtube below check it out:

Misato Review...

A new Japanese restaurant just open recently in Pandan7 and I decided to give it a visit and try out some of their dishes. Its Sunday night and where else to go but Misato new Branch
here ;).

Here we have the mini California special, this dish is being topped up with tempura flakes which are spicy. I find this dish to be tasty but too much of the flakes is not really a good idea as it would make me hard to swallow.

Another dish that I tried is the Salmon Salada Sushi, which basically means Salmon Salad Sushi straight forward if you see what I mean ;). This dish is just ordinary, I could not taste the salmon in the salad, it taste like its tuna with mayo on top on rice covered with seaweed. I don't think I would order this again, hehe..

Mini soft shell maki is one of the dish I like. Its just soft shell crab being rolled inside the rice. I was dissapointed when I was serve, because in the menu it look more bigger and professional, however when I receive my order, it looks to be not rolled "professionally".
But it taste quite alright and would order it again just that Im not happy with the size.

My brother, the Temaki tester always order up Temaki's on all the
Japanese restaurant we have been through, well it his favourite. And I am not surprise when he told me that he was dissapointed with it, from the looks of the Temaki.

I can say that this dish is my favourite of the night.The Bombay Roll, is grilled lamb and vegetable wrapped in the rice, placed with curry sauce at the top and a drizzle of mint sauce at the side. I would give this dish 8.9/10, its like all the flavours goes together in my mouth making a symphonic melody of taste. Lovin this one, would 100% definitely order this again the next time.

The main dish of the night has got to be the TAKE Sashimi,

4 different type of raw fish. Since they ran out of raw Tuna and Raw butterfish *I think*, so I choose 2 set of Salmon,1 set Octupus and 1 set Makereal. The raw Salmon tastes fresh for me, so I have no complains about that. Presentation wise I would give it a 9/10, LOL.This is a good dish but not as good as Bombay roll teeheee.....

Overall I would rate is restaurant to be ok,and would want to go back again, I believe there is always room for improvement in the food. The waiter/waitress there were polite and has good service. I found the booked room to be not comfortable, must be the chairs and tables, which give the enviroment a negative point. Another negative point is that there is no wasabi readily available in the room but we have to ask for it. And it is being given just a little bit on the small plate. I also found it hard to order from the waiter/waitress because everytime I need something, I have to go out of the room on my own, there should have a bell or something install in the room ;).

I think thats all for this review... have a nice week ahead of you... Monday blues starts in 7hours for me huhuhu....

Hello Everyone, its been a long time, I have not post anything. Well the main reason behind that,was I have no idea of what could be written. Well, guess what... I'm back, I'll try to post as often I can, but I don't know the direction where this blog is going... That all for now ;)
